Tender Oaks Child Care provides Full-Time Care for ages 6 weeks through 12 years, and Before & After School care for school-aged kids. Your fee is based on which category your child falls into and also reflects what the state considers appropriate pricing for a licensed Family Day Home in Fauquier County. Tuition is due 52 weeks per year, unless the provider needs to close. School employees may pay a holding fee, rather than full tuition, during the summer break if bringing their child back full-time in the fall.

is for infants through school aged attending greater than 5 hours per day or summer care for school kids.
*Before & After School Care
is for school aged children attending fewer than 5 hours per day.

Enrollment Deposit
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to two weeks’ tuition is due upon receipt of a new signed contract. This deposit will be used as payment for the final two weeks of care, providing proper notice is given. The first tuition payment is due on the first scheduled day of attendance.
